As part of our commitment to meet your expectations, we have implemented a policy to protect your privacy. This Charter materialises our commitments to you and describes the ways in which 3A Hotels – La Collection uses your personal data.

At various times we may ask you as a 3A Hotels – La Collection customer for information about yourself and/or members of your family, such as :

  • personal information (e.g. date of birth, nationality, …);
  • information about your children (e.g. first name, date of birth, age, …);

  • your questions/comments, during or following a stay in one of our establishments.

The collection of information on persons under 18 years of age is limited to their name, nationality and date of birth.

The collection of information on persons under the age of 18 is limited to their name, nationality and date of birth, which can only be provided to us by an adult. Please ensure that your children do not send us any personal data without your permission (especially via the Internet). In the event that such a transmission should take place, you can contact the Data Privacy department (“Access and Modification” article) so that this information can be deleted.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious and philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, details of health or sexual orientation.

In addition, depending on applicable local laws, other information could be considered sensitive, such as: your credit card number, hobbies, personal activities and hobbies, whether you are a smoker or not, etc. We may need to collect this information in order to satisfy your requests or to provide you with the appropriate service, such as a specific diet.

In this case, according to the laws in force in certain countries, your prior consent may be required for the collection of sensitive information.

  1. Manage our relationship with our clients before, during and after your stay :
  • Managing the loyalty program;
  • Qualification of the customer database;
  • Segmentation operations based on the booking history and your customers’ travel habits in order to send targeted communications;
  • Predicting and anticipating future behavior;
  • Establishment of statistics and commercial scores, and reporting;
  • Provide context data to the offer push tool when a customer visits a Group website or makes a reservation;
  • Knowing and managing the preferences of loyal and non-loyal customers;
  • Send you newsletters, promotions and tourist, hotel or service offers from 3A Hotels – La Collection or contact you

In order to guarantee you a right of access and modification (“Access and Modification” article), we must share your personal data with internal and external recipients, under the following conditions:

  1. Within the 3A Hotels – The Collection group: in order to provide you with the best service, we may share your personal data and give access to authorised personnel of our entities, in particular :
  • Hotel staff;
  • Booking staff using the 3A Hotels – The Collection tools ;

  • Business Partners and Marketing Services;
  • Medical Services where applicable;

  • Generally, any appropriate person in the 3A Hotels – The Collection entities for specific categories of personal data.

Commercial partners: 3A Hotels – The Collection may, unless you object to the Data Privacy Department, enhance your profile by sharing certain information about you with its privileged commercial partners. In this case, cross-checking, analysis and combination of your data via a trusted third party may be carried out. This processing will enable 3A Hotels – La Collection and its privileged contractual partners to determine your centres of interest, your customer profile and enable us to send you personalised offers.

Social networking sites: In order to enable you to identify yourself easily on the Site without having to fill in a registration form, 3A Hotels – La Collection has set up the Facebook Login system. If you log in using the Facebook Login system, you explicitly authorise 3A Hotels – The Collection to access and store the public data of your Facebook account, as well as other data mentioned when using the Facebook Login system. 3A Hotels – The Collection may also share your email address with Facebook to identify whether you are already a Facebook user and, if so, to display relevant and personalized advertisements on your Facebook account.

3A Hotels – The Collection takes appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, to protect your personal data against unlawful or accidental destruction, accidental loss or alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access. To this end, we have implemented technical measures (such as firewalls) and organisational measures (such as a login/password system, physical protection means, etc.).
