At various times we may ask you as a 3A Hotels – La Collection customer for information about yourself and/or members of your family, such as :

Please ensure that your children do not send us any personal data without your permission (especially via the Internet). In the event that such a transmission should take place, you can contact the Data Privacy department (“Access and Modification” article) so that this information can be deleted.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious and philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, details of health or sexual orientation.

In addition, depending on applicable local laws, other information could be considered sensitive, such as: your credit card number, hobbies, personal activities and hobbies, whether you are a smoker or not, etc. We may need to collect this information in order to satisfy your requests or to provide you with the appropriate service, such as a specific diet.

  • Booking staff using the 3A Hotels – The Collection tools ;

  • Business Partners and Marketing Services;
  • Medical Services where applicable;

  • Generally, any appropriate person in the 3A Hotels – The Collection entities for specific categories of personal data.
  1. With service providers and partners: Your personal data may be transferred to third parties for the purpose of providing services to you and improving your stay, including :
  2. External Service Providers: IT sub-contractors, international call centres, banks, credit card issuers, external lawyers, routers, printers.

Commercial partners: 3A Hotels – The Collection may, unless you object to the Data Privacy Department, enhance your profile by sharing certain information about you with its privileged commercial partners. In this case, cross-checking, analysis and combination of your data via a trusted third party may be carried out. This processing will enable 3A Hotels – La Collection and its privileged contractual partners to determine your centres of interest, your customer profile and enable us to send you personalised offers.

Social networking sites: In order to enable you to identify yourself easily on the Site without having to fill in a registration form, 3A Hotels – La Collection has set up the Facebook Login system. If you log in using the Facebook Login system, you explicitly authorise 3A Hotels – The Collection to access and store the public data of your Facebook account, as well as other data mentioned when using the Facebook Login system. 3A Hotels – The Collection may also share your email address with Facebook to identify whether you are already a Facebook user and, if so, to display relevant and personalized advertisements on your Facebook account.
