PROTOCOL FOR THE RECEPTION OF OUR CLIENTS

Dear customer, the purpose of this presentation is to remind you of the respect of the sanitary instructions set up by the government but also to reassure you for your next stay in our establishment on the devices set up to welcome you in all serenity.

Information on the welcome protocol and safety gestures will be posted as soon as you arrive in our establishments and will be sent to you by e-mail before your arrival.

 

In order to limit the spread of the virus as much as possible, 3A Hôtels La Collection has put in place the following elements:

A “disinfection” area has been set up at the entrance to the hotel with hydro-alcoholic gel.

  • Availability of hydroalcoholic gel at the reception desk and in public toilets
  • Placement of markers on the ground in order to respect the required distance of at least 1 meter.
  • Installation of arrows on the ground to indicate the direction of traffic in the spaces.
  • Wearing a mask is strongly recommended in the hotel and in the city of Nice.

 

All the teams at 3A Hôtels La Collection ensure that the procedures put in place are respected in order to guarantee our clients a stay under the sign of tranquillity and above all conviviality:

  • Our teams are required to behave in a perfect state of dress and hygiene with regular hand washing.
  • Our teams in the dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and technical areas are all equipped with masks for the duration of the service.
  • In the kitchen, all hygiene precautions are respected.
  • In order to limit contact and the spread of germs, we suspend the bedding service during your stay, it will be available on request at the reception desk.
  • Bathroom products will be at your disposal free of charge on request at the reception desk.
  • The mini bar in the rooms will be emptied, a package will be offered to you on your arrival to take advantage of these products during your stay.
  • Our teams will advise our customers in case of payment by credit card and the sending of invoices by email.
  • The breakfast service will be offered by hourly increments in order to meet the rules of distance during your meal.
  • A continental breakfast service served in your room will be offered to you if you do not wish to go to the dining room.
